NCAA D1 workout plan for high school/ college level athletes

I am currently a division one athlete and am willing to create a plan for any Athletes/ lifters out there who want to take their lifting to the next level and learn how to train and lift like a division 1 athlete. My program will be 4 weeks or 8 weeks (whichever you prefer) and is a great way for you to track progressive overload throughout your workouts and gives you a way to feel confident going into the gym . These workouts are not the normal “bro split” these workouts are tailored towards athletes and each workout is a full body workout. If you are interested let me know and I can get you started.
