Hello. I live in Iraq and Mturk isn't avilable here, can i still use it?

Basically what I'm asking is, is there a problem if I make an account and say that I'm from USA, and give a fake address?

There are very few jobs here and online jobs aren't avilable in Iraq, that's why I'm asking this.
