This week's grocery haul: I got paid $6 to take $58 worth of French Fries, Pancake Mix, Syrup, Tylenol, Pens, Pads, and More!

Here are the goodies.

I finally managed to find the French fries! I somehow managed to spend exactly $58, which is neat.

Total: $58.00

Coupons: $5.75

Total Cash Back: $58.02

Final Cost: -$6.47 - Money Maker!

Here is the complete break down and sites used. If the image looks fuzzy, please zoom in or right click and open the image in a new tab. Imgur is being weird. I don't include sites that take any receipt such as Coinout, ReceiptPal, etc on my breakdown. The stores are listed in the breakdown image. Brandclub takes a while to credit, so the amounts listed are what I expect to get once it finishes pending. Alexa is the Amazon Alexa app. They have a section that is basically coupons.com, so I use that when I want to do a deal a 2nd time. The "Extra" column is from this offer. Store Q is a digital coupon that I loaded to my account. All other coupons were printable.

Note: Individual deals vary by user for most apps. If you don't have the deals right now, you can try checking back later.

If you don't need feminine hygiene products, consider donating them to your local women's shelter or church!

My Guides

  1. All rebate apps/sites I use and/or know about

  2. How I do my hauls

  3. Beginners guide to using rebate apps/sites - for those who don't know where to start

If you aren't interested in this kind of thing, please keep your comments to yourself. If you don't like what I buy, you can buy different products. If you don't like hunting for deals, you can do surveys, microtasks, games or whatever else you like instead. There is no need to discourage other users just because you aren't interested in the same things!

Some additional deals I didn't/couldn't take advantage of:

  • Fiber One - $0.50 each IB + $0.75 Fetch + $1.75 on 2 Fetch - This makes the small boxes about 50% when you buy 2.
  • Oreo Ice Cream - $7 back on SB when you buy 2. They're $4.50/container at my Walmart.
  • Glad trash bags on IB, SB, SK
  • Applegate bacon on IB, Fetch, Merryfiend, BC. Brings it down to about 50% off when you buy 2.

  • Lysol Laundry Sanitizer on IB, coupons.com and fetch

  • Paramalat Shelf Stable Milk. $3.17 at my Walmart with $2.38 back on SK

  • Boost Mobile Phone - $15 back on SK. It could make for a fairly cheap beermoney device depending on what your store stocks.

  • Pepsi Soda Shop - The 20oz ones are money makers on IB + Fetch. The 12pk containers are cheap too. There's also a $3 rebate on coupons.com when you buy 5.

  • Free Zatarain's Blackened Chicken Smoked Sausage I don't have experience with this site since they never have things sold in stores near me, but I'm told it's legit.

  • Barilla Pasta & Sauce - Fetch has an offer for $0.50 back on 2 pasta boxes, as well as $1.50 back when you buy a box of pasta and red sauce.

  • Tons of other ice cream deals right now like Ben & Jerries, Talenti, etc.

  • Snickers and Twix Shakers are on SB and C51

  • Free bag of Like Air Puffcorn - Refund via PayPal or Venmo. Must purchase in-store or for curbside pickup. Expiration date unknown.

  • Various freebies on Ibotta.

  • Various deals I've done in previous weeks can still be done.

Afterthoughts

I did a haul on Monday, but I had forgotten some stuff (deal items and non-deal items), and some new bonuses popped up, so I decided to run back out to the store to grab them. Not the best idea. The roads didn't look too bad, but turns out our city decided not to put anything on them some stupid reason, so there was just slippery snow on top of black ice. Plus there was a TON of people in the store.

I got another bonus that counts multiple redemptions towards the offer, so I ended up spending an absurd amount of time to update my spreadsheet to be able to handle it. But now I have checkboxes!

I was pretty excited to get the pearl milling rebates. I was running low on syrup, and while I don't usually buy that brand, I couldn't pass up the deal. $1.50 back alone was nice, but then I also saw $3 back if I also bought the pancake mix, which basically made it free, and there was a coupons.com rebate for $1 back on 2 items.

I got introduced to a new-ish site called Points Rewards Plus. I didn't look too much into it yet since it only works at Kroger Co stores, and we don't have any around here. I'll probably add it into my list of sites at a later time.

Time Spent

I'm not sure how long it took me to plan this week. Maybe 15-20 min total. A lot of the deals I already knew about, and I just glanced through the rebates while I made some breakfast and lunch. I was in the store for about 45 min which included my regular shopping as well.

Food From Deals

I haven't made anything new, but here's what I made last week:Cheesy Jalapeno Pepperoni Rolls, Cheesy Jalapeno Pull Apart Bread, London Broil & Buttered Pasta, and of course some more Cheerio Bars.

Do you guys want me to continue showing things I've made using ingredients I got from rebate apps on these posts? Let me know in the comments, or you can vote on this poll if you want to remain anonymous.
