Just noticed my UserTesting rating went down to 3 stars

I scrolled through all my completed tests and don't see any ratings/feedback whatsoever aside from my very first test in July, for which I was given 5 stars. It does, however, say one of my last 12 screen recording tests was canceled for some reason - I think that's because I was having issues uploading the test after it was completed. Even so, there's no feedback there.

Does anyone know why this could be? It could explain why things have been quieter for me the past 2-3 weeks. What are my options in terms of redeeming myself?
