Hatch app login issues

Hi there! Anyone else today get automatically logged out of the hatch app by C-Space and can’t login?

I’m trying to login and it keeps saying wrong password but its not wrong and when I go to reset my password and input my email hatch isn’t sending me the reset password link to my email.

I’ve already emailed support no answer yet but was wondering if this was happening to anyone else as well? I feel as if its bugged or something.
