Is UserTesting worth the hassle??

I’ve had to go through the onboarding process on the same account two times because the app keeps showing part of my profile as not completed. Once I complete it, I’ll return to the homepage where one of my completed onboarding tests is now marked not complete. It’s been fully approved, I’ve been getting emails regarding opportunities to apply to take tests, but when I click the link it shows my account as missing something AGAIN. I want to make it very clear…I have been approved on all three prerequisites. I’ve emailed support, but they not seeing what I’m seeing…is the money on UT worth this hassle? I’m not going to keep messing with it if it’s only 10 cent opportunities.
