Amazon Mturk payment account?

Hi! Has anyone had any experience with Amazon Mturk? I applied a while ago and I’ve been stuck with my account saying “Amazon Payments account is under review” for 2 weeks now. Is this a normal timeframe or should I try and contact someone? I thought originally when I first applied it said it would take up to 24 hours to be reviewed but we’ve definitely passed that! Thanks!
