Need advice on adgem not accepting screenshot evidence of completion

So i played this Family Island game with the instructions of "Complete Level 20" so i leveled up to level 21. Did it all under a month, though there was no stated time on when to complete it. I send them screenshots of me leveling up to 21, yet they say it's not good enough evidence. This is my first time doing this, so a little confused and hope i haven't wasted my time. Any advice on what i should do?
