I Just Need Clarity

So guys,I'm currently on the Appen project and I'm being asked to complete something called a Buir Screening Task.They require 3 videos containing fun activities like dancing,walking around,yoga,cooking,or exercising.

Now I'm not sure whether or not they want these videos to be specifically me or can I just film someone else
