"Fat Coupon" never sent the money (it's been 7+ weeks since I requested payout via paypal.) Anyone ever experience this?

I signed up for them and added the browser extension last year after hearing about them. It would take forever for them to add something as payable, so I figured I'd cash out as soon as it hit $50 in payable. Well, it did and I requested it out via paypal. It says "pending" beside that and even that has been 7 weeks. I get no replies via their email.
