People who are not a usa resident how do you find jobs?

Hello everyone, i have been searching for a remote job since forever, on linkedIn, Telus communication (didn’t pass the exam), everywhere, but it seems like the jobs that suits me are for USA residents only! I am from a 3rd world country so does anyone here was in the same position as me and found a suitable job? I am a student and i want to pay my fees cuz i’m studying computer science and the uni i am in is so expensive so i don’t wanna make it even harder for my dad
