Opinion Outpost Address Verification

I've been a member of Opinion Outpost for 10+ years. Today, I try to log on and get a message that I need to verify my address to log in and I will be sent a card with a code within 5 business days. Has anyone ever had this happen? I just find it bizarre that I've been a member for so long and never had this issue. It worries me that they are trying to cheat me out of my money. I have $135 in my account.
