Has anyone cashed out with JustPlay?

I just got JustPlay and have been watching videos to get coins, but when I look up the conversion rate from the coins to real money I can't find an exact answer. Has anyone cashed out and gotten decent money? I feel like I could be scammed out of money if there isn't a set conversion rate but I haven't got to cash out yet.
