Fatcoupon - Is the site legit?

I've been waiting on a few purchases to go from Approved to Payable. I don't see a lot of honest feedback regarding the site anywhere. They claim it could take 3 months to become Payable. I wanted to check if anyone has actually gotten paid through them.
