STRATEGY FOR THE 2ND HALF OF THE YEAR

I would like to know what are the best strategies to make more income from beer money? Big sites such as Mturk do not always get back to me. So should i consider reapplying over and over. At present I am searching for small contract sites like Usercrowd. I have several assosciates who help complete contracts and CPH (complete per hour) rate in contracts are 45 per hour.
