might just snap my laptop in half over mturk

So about a week ago, I found an email from mturk that my application was accepted (in dec/2021) and I was so excited! i started the process of getting everything set up immediately. Starting with changing my last name, which had changed due to marriage,so i asked mturk support who advised me that mturk was connected to your amazon shopping account and just to update it there, so i did. Then once that was settled i started on finishing the account set up process by opening an amazon pay account, and entering my bank account details. while i waited for that i took the profile question hits by amazon, but obviously after that you can't do anything until a payment method is selected , so i waited . Fast forward and i go to check my payment account and see that the bank account I tried to add was no longer there. I checked for an email explaining but there wasn't one. i figured it was because the bank statement i uploaded was not actually a bank statement but a direct deposit form (which included all the information they needed) because at the time i hadn't received my first bank statement, well now i had so i re entered the info and uploaded the bank statement this time. the next day i receive an email saying my bank wasn't accepted because the bank was not supported. so i added two other onse and decided to log into my mturk account, in which i was surprised to see this message "There is a problem with your Amazon Mechanical Turk account. This account has been suspended by the Amazon Mechanical Turk team." that's it. no email, no nothing... I emailed the account appeal email and am currently waiting for a response, but it's so frustrating! I literally waited so long to get in, which partly I realize is my own fault for not checking better. But still, all this time just to be shut down before even getting started… has anyone else experienced something similar and had a positive outcome? Or has an idea of what might have happened?
