Facing issue with Capterra Reviews!

Few days ago I wrote some reviews on Capterra, I was sent invitation mail to write review in exchange of incentives. I waited long enough to get them published. Today when I saw the source of my published reviews it says they were submitted organically. I am losing my mind here.
