Banned from Prolific

I have been a member of Prolific for over a year. My account was put on hold recently. I never use a VPN or give fake data.

I emailed support about an appeal and they gave me some pre written BS about how they can disclose why I'm on hold.

Anyone ever had any sucess appealing a hold?
