Need help with Amazon mturk

Hello, I did get accepted to Amazon mturk but for some reason it says my Amazon payments is suspended even though I have no idea why that would happen? Also when I try to contact them the contact information they give isn't valid anymore does anyone know how to contact someone from Amazon mturk who can help me resolve this so that I can get paid to do tasks on the website.
