Dscout application number not updating?

I just got DScout about a week ago. I did the intro mission and it still says in process although I’ve started receiving express missions. I’ve probably gotten through the screeners and submitted 8-10 videos for applications that then upload. The thing is on my profile it’s never updated from missions 1 applications 2. Days later it still says 2 and I applied to several today. How can I fix this? I would like to see which I’ve applied to and if I wasn’t successful. Is this possible? Thanks!

I did search for this topic before positing and only saw a question about not getting accepted but completing a lot of screeners and people were posting they’d done 1000+ applications, got accepted to X amount of missions etc, so seems possible to see your total numbers I just am somehow not figuring it out I think? Appreciate the help!!
