The crowdtap get code button in the phone verification is not working any help?

Its been like an hour by now and I still haven't figured out to fix the get code button in crowdtap when you insert your phone number for verificaiton, No matter how many times I press it, It does nothing

I tried other phone numbers (Hell even a mcdonalds number) and it gives off the same results too, Nothing
