DSCOUT No payout message

April 11, 2022

My project closed out a few days ago ( 4) and before the close out, I received a message stating that they could not see my submission. I re submitted every video and asked them if they had received it, and I never received a reply. I emailed Dscout twice and received no response yet. Should I be worried?
