Brandclub issues

So I just downloaded Brandclub seems great but I’m having a few problems for one I can’t get notifications turned on never gives me the option and isn’t in my list of apps on iPhone weird and gonna need em to cash it it says

Also my two shopping trips so far (both in store) are locked pending confirmation of delivery?

Anyone ever seen this or know how to fix it?
