Best way to rent my tools?

I have some tools I haven't used in years in my garage. Wet saw for cutting tile, cabinet jigs for putting on your own hardware etc.

Is there an app specifically for renting tools? Or is it just as easy to use Craigslist, FB marketplace etc?

How do you handle collateral?
