Amazon Shopper Panel

I have been doing the Amazon Shopper Panel for 10 months now. I have $103 in rewards and they are not showing up and are not automatically applying in my Amazon account. What am I doing wrong? Both accounts are linked with the same info and I have tried using the contact us option and they can’t help me.
