swagbucks/paypal question

when cashing out at swagbucks I see that I can cash out for paypal.

I've never used paypal. If I cashout in paypal can I then deposit in my bank accout?

As a newbee is there anything I should know about them? Is there any fees?

My location is Canada if that matters
