Received email from Telephia regarding late payments

I can confirm I received the payment and the additional 50%.

Hello Telephia User,

Due to technical issues with our payments processor, rewards for some Telephia panelists have not gone through in the last four weeks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we will be making it up to you by depositing an additional incentive of 50% more than your requested payout amount.

We also apologize for the lack of responses to inquiries between the dates of 2/18/22 2022 and 3/23/22 while we were working to isolate the issue. We would like to inform you that we have changed our technology partner handling this issue and we have managed to resolve all technical problems, processing payments to our panelists.

Please note that while initial requests plus the 50% additional amount have been processed in PayPal, it still may take a few business days to update in your Telephia app.
