User Interview giftcards are region unlocked?

Hi,

I recently signed up for a user study in userInterviews & I understand that they only provide gift cards as payment. I live in Europe and not sure if I can use amazon gift cards having $ currency in them. Has anyone had experience with them? Thanks!
