Receipt hog error with uploads so annoying

Every single thing I uploaded shows the hazard sign by it no matter what I do. Has date, time, total. Great quality detail showing the entire receipt as a whole. All receipts worked great and fast on Ibotta and fetch rewards with 0 issues. I uploaded 6 different receipts now to receipt hog and I just keep getting the same bull crap. It’s an entirely new account but I’ve submitted the receipts perfectly. One wonders if this app is even legitimate or just data harvesting for fun
