How long does it normally take for you to receive Intellizoom payments?

I was just wondering, for those of you who do studies on Intellizoom, how long it usually takes for you to get paid? Their site says it can take up to 21 days, which is fine, but what is making me uneasy is that their interface doesn't show your completed tests. They just send you a confirmation email. Also, I don't see anywhere on the site where you even give them payment info. I just want to make sure I'm not missing something.
