SurveyTime survey not loading

I recently joined SurveyTime and made $1 on it, but now when I log in it says I have a survey to complete, but the survey doesn't load. Now I can't get any other surveys because of it. Also, I can't find where to contact them about it.
Anyone had this issue before and managed to fix it?
