“Solitaire Collection Win” by Soybean Tech Ltd has anybody ever actually been paid?

This is one of those apps that has you watch hundreds of ads, and slowly you accumulate gems for a gift card or “real money” that can be withdrawn via PayPal when you hit $100. At first you accumulate both gems and money fast but it slows down heavily after about $80, to the point that your making .01 to .03 per add, and at $95 it slows down to .00 or .01 per add. As for the gems, you need almost an impossible amount to even get a gift card (12500) gems and I’ve heard the people who have accumulated this many, when they went to acquire the gift card, they are all “out of stock” lol. So I’m just curious, has anybody in r/beermoney ever actually been paid by this app after pushing for the $100 or 12500 gems for a gift card?

TLDR- has anybody ever been paid by Solitaire Collection Win?

Also, is there a list of apps that advertise payment but actually doesn’t pay?If this isn’t a thing yet.. Can we make one? or if it is a thing can I have a link referral? This would be cool to save people from wasting time on apps like this. I can already say this app probably deserves to be on that list, and possibly the app “Make Money” which has a $7 minimum for PayPal but is notorious for stalling out at $6.55.
