question about serpclix and ip issues

I have just started serpclix and i have the same ip on all my computers well i put it on a windows 7 computer laptop and it tells me that it has a vpn or something on it and it don't. It tells me to contact my provider and have them change my ip address. Note this computer has edge and firefox..

Now on 11 desktop with edge on it the serpclix is working fine. Has anyone had this issue before same ip and everything nothing change and with the ip address
