Marketforce questions - fast food mystery shopping specifically

I've been trying a few secret shopper apps/sites and so far I like Marketforce the best. However, all I'm getting is Sonic, Five Guys, Mattress Firm, and some sort of complicated audit where it pays hella low. I've only done 2 shops so this is understandable. I'm enjoying the Sonic ones and intend to do Five Guys next week...it's all pretty easy. But I'm wondering if/when I will be able to do different restaurants?

My second question is, a lot of the Sonics have 'make offer'. Most are $7 to $10. I've read on here you could double the offer and be accepted. I attempted to go $5 higher and they accepted that today. Anyone know how high up I could get the Sonic offer?
