Does Drop have tracking problems, or is it me?

I've only done a few offers through them (other sites/apps usually have better offers), and only (a few) of the shopping offers have tracked automatically. None of the game offers have. I've been using iOS, but I definitely have "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on. Is it them, or is it me? If it's an iOS issue I'd see if I could switch to an Android device, but otherwise I think I'll just stop doing at least the Drop game offers.
