Anyone else having PayPal issues? Major delays on payment or just me?

I’m on a few different sites, and I cashed out $140 between a couple of the sites on January 10th, typically after 2/3 days it hits my account. It’s now been 20 days. OillI’ve tried emailing support but they have not answered me. When I check status of payment on the activity on 2 of the sites it said status paid, but I have no transactions my PayPal, do I contact PayPal or wait a few more days see if it hits my account? Would like to get some opinions if anyone here has dealt with this before
