Anyone else have problems with app offer links?

So I've been getting a problem more and more, particularly with the AdGem and AyetStudios offerwalls where I send the link for the offer to my phone, I go to the link and it takes me to a blank webpage with an error message.

The most recent one I've encountered is the Plague of Z offer through AdGem. The link takes me to a blank webpage with the text: "{"status":"error","message":"404"}.

If it matters, I use a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I don't have any available software updates.

Has anyone else experienced these problems or have a potential way to fix them?
