Help, I'm a starting digital artist freelancer

I know it's not easy to get your first clients, but what would you recommend, guys? I've made an account on Fiverr, but still cannot get any clients, i will also make profiles on different platforms, but I don't quite understand how most of them work.

Please, give advices how to start properly and how to promote myself. It's a completely new environment for me and I'm a little bit lost.
