Digital Surveys on Surveys on the go

I had a pop up asking if I wanted ‘Digital Surveys’ saying I’ll be sharing my data and I’ll have a VPN created by them and stuff. Is it safe to do this? Have y’all done this in order to actually do surveys? I haven’t started yet and this is my first time trying Surveys on the go so yeah.
