CrowdTap - Error "This action has already been completed"

Hello,

About a month ago there was an issue with not being able to complete surveys and they would get stuck up top. The issue was resolved, but now it seems to be even worse. I have been finding a good amount of luck refreshing the page and going back into the survey. It has been allowing me to get a little further along in the survey before having to refresh it again. I was just able to complete a 140 point survey with this method.
