Arrow butler Qaulifiction

I've completed the first two Parts of this Project Qualification, and now I'm confused in Transcribing the audio to text Quiz. In this it's asking to provide judgments in my hired market language, In beginning I choose English and now the audio is given also in Hindi, so should I submit my responses in Native language or English.
