why do some survey sites say i am using a VPN/Proxy when im not?

i don't use any proxy or VPN, just a normal wifi. a lot of survey sites like poll pay and prolific won't show the surveys unless i switch to tethering my mobile data.

i went to the "whatismyproxy" website and the results says im not using a proxy, and my location is where i am currently at. i checked my PC settings and my proxy is off.

but multiple survey sites says they detect a proxy so there must be something going on im not seeing
