Earning Google Play Credit Question

This is a stupidly specific question, but I've been using the Google Rewards app, and I just need $1.96 more to buy a book I've been wanting. I don't feel like waiting the next few months to see if I get enough surveys to meet that balance. I don't see a way to just add a small amount of cash to my account without buying a gift card for like $25 or more. Are there any other apps besides the Rewards one that can add small amounts to my Play balance?
