PRA Studies - would I be able to work my remote job too?

How does this actually work? I see some 20 night studies, 21 days. I have a full time job and work from a desktop computer. Would I be able to like bring my computer in and setup a desk and continue to work during the study? My hours are flexible so I could deal with interruptions.
