Appen pay rate showing as "Will be listed shortly"

Hello, so I'm new to Appen and I recently created an account and have been looking at their projects to apply etc. Today the project's par rates show as "will be listed shortly" instead of showing the actual pay rate for them and it has been like that for the whole day. The only ones that show the actual pay rate are the projects that I have applied for. Is this normal? I'm kinda confused bc of that, because just yesterday was working fine.
