Anyone who uses Branded Surveys

I can’t access the Peanut Labs partner surveys as of 2 days ago. Are they no longer partnered with them or is there something weird going on with my account? I also have over 500 points right now but there’s no redeem button on my points page anymore. I contacted support yesterday but still haven’t heard back. I am a daily user of Branded Surveys so I know this website is legit but I haven’t experienced these particular issues before.
