Anyone still using Panel/Rewards by Foursquare?

I had an issue where I couldn't see any prizes so I had to have my points transferred to another account. This was before the whole Foursquare transition. Support was good with helping me.

I finally got enough points for a $25 gift card after the transition, redeemed them, and got nothing. Contacted support and heqrd nothing. Went to the app listing and there's tons of negative reviews about not receiving anything and not hearing anything from support.

Sucks because it was a nice easy passive app.
