anyone els having issues with cashkarma app?

yesterday i got enough to redeem for a giftcard, but now that its been 24 hours i can’t even see my code because the app keeps crashing. iv tried everything, deleting and reinstalling, reseting my phone, clearing up storage, this never happened to me before with this app, am i the only one?
