lifepoints question

hihi i'm new to posting here but i have been using lifepoints for a couple of weeks now and had enough to cash out. i tried logging in today only to get a little message at the top saying that my membership was temporarily unavailable?? which is kinda confusing me because i just used it last night? was wondering if anyone had the same experience or what to do?? thank you :((
