How Do I Avoid Survey Sites Conflicting With Each Other

Hi, I use a bunch of Survey Websites and I'm constantly looking for new ones to add to my routine, however, I find that a lot of them use the same Survey providers.

This seems to create more screenouts, I also don't want to stop using certain sites as it may or may not affect earnings.

Anybody have any ideas to avoid these websites conflicting?
